Paying the service charge on time is key to avoiding any cash flow issues that could impact essential services such as cleaning and repairs.

Legal Services
When you're buying or selling your leasehold property, we've got your back. We'll make sure you get your LPE1 packs on time and take care of all the post-completion requirements, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Our legal team is also here to help you with Right to Manage, they're experts in this field and have guided many leaseholders through forming RTM.
Budgeting & Accounting
At MVN, we believe in being open and honest with our clients about their finances. Our fantastic service charge team delivers clear and accurate financial information, creates budgets for thorough reviews, and works closely with on-site staff to prevent unexpected expenses.
We ensure that we meet lease requirements, complete accounts promptly, and even bring in independent certified accountants to audit year-end accounts for consistency.
Fire Compliance
After the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy, the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) was created to improve building safety regulations.
At MVN, we are using new software to help Accountable Persons (APs) track how we manage their buildings under the Fire Safety Order. We're also working with building safety consultants to conduct Building Safety Cases and Reports for our high-rise properties.
We uphold safety standards, establish accountability, and protect residents from future tragedies.
Building Insurance
At MVN, we want you to feel secure about your insurance. We work hard to handle claims properly and have successfully lowered premiums for blocks with a history of claims.
We also support changes in the insurance market to make things more transparent for you. Now, you can directly ask the broker for a breakdown of your building's insurance costs. We're all about making sure you're taken care of!
These changes came into effect in December 2023 and MVN supported many leaseholders around the issue of insurance commission.
Block Caretaker
At MVN, we believe in giving every property the attention it deserves, regardless of its size. Our strong onsite presence helps us create accurate budgets and ensure smooth operations.
We don't just send in different contractors for every issue - our caretakers oversee projects to maintain valuable knowledge about your building.
